Fiber Reinforced Tape
Duraco FlexPack's fiber reinforced tapes are the epitome of strength and durability. These tapes feature an aggressive hot melt adhesive inlaid with a single strand of 92-gauge PET filament yarn. This small addition to the adhesive has a massive effect, significantly increasing the structural and tensile strength of the tape. This innovative tape is highly customizable and offers a finger lift design that streamlines the production and application processes.

• Standard size: ½” wide 92-gauge polyester film with ¼” broad stripe of aggressive hot melt PSA and a strand of filament yarn
• Traverse wound spools that range from 19,000’ – 21,000’ in length
• Ideal for vapor barrier and floor underlayment products

Transfer Tape
Duraco FlexPack manufactures custom transfer tape ideal for a wide range of projects. These tapes can be coated on one release liner or two and are available with many liner and adhesive combinations in order to meet and exceed customer requirements. Duraco FlexPack's most popular transfer adhesives include Type 5000 - 2 mil transfer, Type 5015 - 4 mil transfer, and Type 5005 - 2/1/2 mil transfer.

Duraco FlexPack can zone coat adhesives onto many substrates, including polyester, polypropylene foam, and non-woven materials.
Custom Flexographic Printing
Duraco FlexPack has the manufacturing capability to customize release liners through single-color flexographic printing. Release liners can be printed on the backside or on the front side under the silicone, depending on the application's requirements. Duraco FlexPack also offers custom-branded release liners, allowing customers to uniquely build product recognition and enhance the user's experience.
Complete Converting Services
Duraco FlexPack offers converting services complete with slitting and sheeting capabilities. Duraco FlexPack can slit films, papers, foils, and pressure sensitive tapes and laminations with thicknesses from .50 mil to 30 mil, offering the flexibility and responsiveness necessary to ever-changing customer needs.
